This place becomes wost every day. I was going to write a this comment long time a go. Finally they triggered me to write this comment today after hearing they are not doing COVID 19 test for the registered patient. I registered with this place for almost 3 years. I have seen it is going from best practice to the worst during this time. It is not a miscommunication it your receptionist who told us you can't do it. Reception is your face of practice. I know the lady who was the Receptionist two years a go who was really good. After her you didn't find any one good

Our family appreciates the care we receive from Dr Luke Wee and his team. For a small team with an ever growing number of patients, they do not limit their capacity. Great to listen. Great to ask more questions to gain an understanding of one's needs. Even checking back in later to hear if your condition has improved. I have seen this practice start up and grow. Hopeless, waited 1 hr for a 2minute test Waited 45 minutes to get eyedrops for a baby and i was the only one in there Fire the nurses they are ruining the business reply to your response- your joking right? I had to call at least 4 times while I waited for the 2min covid test, I was in a big 4WD right out the front, You cant miss me, your nurse either couldn't be bothered or just plain forgot- understandable if the centre is really busy but to forget after 3 phone calls all within 15 mins, come on, I get better service at the local pub and that doesn't sting the wallet
I wouldn't recommend this as a health service let alone a GP practice
Love the convenience of Pokeno Family Health, and Dr Luke Wee has been an amazing family doctor to us! Even the nurses are very attentive and always greeting us with big smiles. Two thumbs up for the utmost care and incredible service.
