I was stoked to be able to get a booking for the Fly/Nature Cruise/Fly package within 48hrs of my arrival in Queenstown. Although I booked on line, Jo from Air Milford communicated immediately with me via email to confirm my booking. The experience itself was exactly what it said on the tin (and more) and worth every cent. What an amazing afternoon! I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Air Milford due to their professionalism and their ability to provide such an amazing package.

We had an amazing experience with Air Milford. They helped us with every part of our journey. We arrived on motorbikes and they assisted with safe storage of these and all of our gear while we had an fantastic time. Tom the pilot was very knowledgeable and pointed out all the things we could have wanted to see. The office staff were amazing and helped us out by keeping in touch about our flight and were very welcoming. A great family run business. Thanks Air Milford for an amazing experience!
My husband and I were finally going to see Milford Sound! We chose to fly with Air Milford and cruise the Milford Sound. We flew with James who is an extremely competent and friendly young man. The scenery was breathtaking and we felt we could have almost touched the mountains. Our trip on Milford was spectacular with clear skies and little wind and something we will always remember. All the staff we encountered were super friendly and knowledgeable.
We had the most amazing day flying to Milford Sound and the cruise. The scenery was absolutely stunning. Alex was the best. Smooth takeoff/ landing and flight. Took us a different route there and back to give us the best experience possible. Sitting up front next to him was an incredible experience. I would highly recommend this to anyone. Alex took us for an amazing Christmas party trip to the sky! It was such a great idea flying over the town as a part of Christmas party. Familiar places from different view make it special. Alex was explaining us where we were flying to and we had fun spotting places. The plain was clean and comfortable. If you are planning something for a holiday, this is it!
This should be a bucket list experience. I was amazed at how organised and communicative the team were leading up to our adventure, and Antony was a super professional, experienced pilot and his commentary along the way made for a one of a kind experience. The Milford Sound cruise speaks for itself, but the flight to and from was above and beyond what we could have expected. We will definitely be doing this again. The Air Milford team is top notch.
Great experience. Friendly, great welcome and great pilot...Ask for James/Jimmy as your pilot. He really took us through tremendous scenery and good commentary.
