Overall it was a pleasant experience. Booking was hassle-free. However, we were made to wait to collect the car despite only arriving 5-10 mins earlier because the car was being cleaned/prepared. Nonetheless, the staff were friendly and professional. As the car provided did not give us any problems, I am a happy camper.

Good car. Pick up after hours was easy. The air freshener used was so overpowering that after 30 mins driving I had a sore throat and irritated nasal passages. Delivery back to airport in Queenstown was easy.
