My car broke down but they weren't able to help me because they were busy. I wanted my car repaired straight away because I was a domestic tourist and I had to leave for the next town the next day. However, they advused me where and possible places to go for help. They were very helpful.

Last friday on 8 oclock in the morning, I send my car to your place to have a check because the enginee light sometimes show on. But you guys didn't find any problem but charged us a lot of money (engine oil and coolant was good before the check-up but charged us for that anyway) The most important thing is you promised that the engine light won't be on again but it was on again after 1.5h's drive.

They were really helpful with us. We were desperate about what’s going on with our van and they tried to help us as much as they can. They have tried the cheaper option before the more expensive one. The very good news is we don’t have the issue with the van anymore ! Thanks team

Outstanding service, extremely quick and efficient, I have a racing dynamics e36 and these guys diagnosed and repair quickly, did not cost much and they are better thank any other mechanic I have dealt with, don't listen to other muppets...do it properly and take it to Hansen Auto.
