Great staff and vehicle! We had an amazing time with our Chaser van! We drove from Queenstown to Abel Tasman and back and the van was amazing! It was our first time camping and we cannot recommend enough. Super comfortable and convenient. 10/10.

We have received exceptional service from Jucy over the past couple of days with the absolute muck around created by aucklands covid19 lockdown. We managed to change our camper to a smaller vehicle so that we could drive back to auckland due to Jetstar canceling our flights for the second time in a couple of weeks. I and my wife ,we both were on jucy bus service to milford sound. My wife was pregnant , i requested driver to stop the bus at any place as my wife need to go for washroom. But driver was reaaly rude and no humanity at all. It was an emergency for a pregnant lady to go for washroom many times due to pregnancy as its obvious for a lady.but the rude driver dont have gentlmn heart to understand the problem and ignored it till the return bus to queensstown. I should not be giving 1 star also. Very very bad service.i tried to call customerservice but thier timing are 10 to 5 and the problem took place at 7 in eve. So its not customer service problem but the bus driver. Rude and arrogant.

I got a great deal to transport a car from Queenstown to Auckland. Made for a great roadtrip. Also the people were really nice, helpful and super chill. Overall it was a great experience. I would definitely rent from them again.

The customer is service is good and the people are friendly, but the only time I got a good car from Jucy was in 2018. It has been all downhill from there. The last hatch I got had a really weak transmission and struggles to go on a slight uphill even in low gear. I've seen better cars from competitors.

My boyfriend and I recently rented the Juicy condo campervan and we had such a great experience! My boyfriend drove the van the entire time and it was his first time handling a sprinter van. He said he found it easy to maneuver. The van was in good condition and seemed to be well maintained as the ride was smooth. Yes you could hear things rattle in the back but everything stayed in its place. We did take the van in winter so beware that the water pump did freeze every morning but by the time we were on the road and driving this was not an issue later in the day. We loved the easy set up of the van and the no fuss of having to set up a tent. We also love the freedom of having a self contained vehicle and at a fair price. I would recommend booking a juicy van.
