A nice new building and amazing work shop for this long term local FORD dealership. In house showroom and client contact can definitely improve, but I can see they are woking on that. Not quite TOYOTA service but pretty damn close....

First and last time I'll take my truck to Macaulay Motors Queenstown. Went in for a "scheduled service" and a WOF. Since this was the first service of my truck in my ownership, i asked for a full fluid check (diffs, trans, brake etc). Total bill was 580. This apparently only included a check of fluids, and only oil and filter change. I was also informed that my suspension lift was illegal as it had top caps. This is incorrect and when asked for them to show me got every excuse under the sun. I decided that out of my best interest i would go and get another service and WOF from a different mechanic the same week. This mechanic confirmed that both trans and diff fluid were murky (water) and that fuel filter was well overdue for a change. My truck also was found to have no top caps and suspension was 100% legal in turn passing on a clean sheet WOF. So basically, I'd payed 580 for a oil and filter change, no fluid check as I'd asked and which the second mechanic had found and failed a WOF on something that was completely legal. When trying to get hold of manager Simon, there was no reply or I'd be told I'd be called back. To this day still nothing. Overall 0/10 would not take any vehicle to them in future nor would i recommend to anyone because of either/both incompetence mechanically/not knowing WOF regulations, negligence or down right not caring about their services.
