What a great little lounge! We were able to find a quiet corner to rest and relax and enjoy the delicious food on offer. Plenty of food and drink choices and the staff were extremely helpful, especially to cater for allergies. The honey roasted parsnip soup with the cheese savory scones were amazing. Look forward to returning.

Lovely lounge, with a fair bit of seating. Food options are a not as extensive as other lounges, but pretty good considering Queenstown is a smaller airport. Lots of vegetarian options available. No barista coffee but Nespresso machine was available. Great location right near our gate. The staff were all fabulous and very helpful. We were there on a saturday afternoon and it was pretty qiet when we first arrived, but almost half full a few hours later- still plenty of seating available. Thank you for a nice break!

This is a great location - right above the departures so you can stay until the very last spot! Smaller selection of food than I am accustomed to in lounges but the staff is very friendly.

Good lounge and lots of seating even when busy. The staff are what added the extra star, they were incredibly accomodating and friendly.

Great convenient location being such a small airport and the food and drink selection is decent. It's also a modern lounge and nice to relax in before a flight. Our flight to Sydney in the mid/late afternoon was around the time of a few other flights and it got extremely busy and cramped for room. From the signs at entry it looks like any one with Qantas or Virgin gold or above status can enter, along with business class passengers and priority pass holders. I'm sure there are more.

The Manaia Lounge in Queenstown is where all Qantas FF’s can go for some pre flight R&R. This is my first visit to this lounge as You can usually find me in the Koru Club aka Air NZ’s Lounge. The Manaia lounge while very busy has quite a few seating options ranging from a standard table and chairs to some plush sofas and armchairs. Very cushy for your sore derrière after a round of skiing and or jet boating. A few options in the hot and cold food department. Similar to what you would find next door at Air NZ. I tried the penne pasta and it was nice. Packed full of salami, olives but quite an overload of onion. Nice drinks selection and good to see they have free pour spirits for all you party people out there! Im going to give this lounge 7 out of 10. Lost points as it’s fairly basic and at peak times can get over capacity. A nice offering by Qantas for their push into kiwi territory. (Plentiful supply of kiwi fruit here too)

A small and busy airport full of tourists. One of the best views in the world.
