I have never used this type of treatment before but Steven made me feel relaxed and walked me through every piece of treatment, what it was for and how it was helping me. Adding this to my own health and wellness routines has certainly made big changes for me. Definitely recommend Steven too, he has been great to talk to, very knowledgeable in his field and I will be continuing my treatment. Everyone at Metamed has been great to deal with. 10/10
This was my first experience with an Osteopath, and it was well worth it. Francesco was excellent to deal with - very personable and knowledgeable. His treatment had noticeable results and as a result my back improved every day.

I was referred to Metamed by my midwife and I am so grateful for the treatment and service that I received. The pain that I was experiencing before visiting was treated during my appointment and I walked away feeling fantastic. I will certainly be back. Can't recommend these guys enough!
I was very fortunate to have received two treatments recently with Francesco for a lingering knee issue I had picked up just before the QT marathon. Francesco was quick to locate and treat the issue and within two treatments, I'm delighted to report that my knee is much much better and I will only need to return for some maintenance/support and to ensure I stay in optimum condition. He also recommended some exercises I could do at home to speed-up the recovery. I highly recommend him for anyone wanting to get to the route cause of their discomfort and through a clever range of his skillsets: osteopathy, physio and cranio-sacral, he will have you back at 'tip top shape' in no time! He's definitely worth a visit!
