We had a fantastic experience in our camper, cruising the bottom of the South Island. The camper was in excellent condition, everything we needed on board and the instructional videos made managing the waste, water and charging processes super easy. Having the price so competitive at the moment encouraged us to use our weeks holiday in a far different way than we usually would, and we’d do it again.

Our first ever camper van holiday. As borders are closed we decided to go to some of the places we had not been to in the South Island. I was like a kid in a candy shop, couldn't wait to collect the van. We loved it so much we are booking a long weekend later in the year. Was easy to get around and was great ending up in the camping grounds and meeting lots of interesting people. The service was fantastic, even taking the van back was quick and easy. Thanks to the Team @ Queenstown. Well done.
Generally very good. Good price and good clean vehicle. Please note that you have to pay diesel km on the vehicle. This in not communicated till you have signed the papers. Price when we went was 7.67 per 100km.

Disappointed at the cleanliness of the campervan we hired - pretty grubby in some areas including what appeared to be hot chocolate runs down the side of a cupboard, food remnants underneath the microwave and I don't think behind the TV had been dusted in the van's life time. Apart from this, my hubby and I had a great trip (once I'd cleaned) Might think twice about picking up from Queenstown as a whopping 95 location fee was added to the bill.
Well equipped campervan, had everything we needed for. Highly recommended!

Being 1st timers hiring a campervan we found the staff very helpful with showing us the basic operations & gave us good advice on the rental agreement / returning to Christchurch depot. The only complaint I have is the courtesy vehicle was unavailable to take us from Queenstown airport to the Mighty depot. We were told it had been damaged in a recent storm, could be a good idea to invest in a 2nd vehicle. Overall very happy & are looking to book a camper for the next trip.
