I have contacted this company December 2020 to assist us with our Prequel paperwork and waited over a month , I called for an update , he said , he didn’t have my phone number to request more information , which totally a lie they had my number all the time , secondly someone asked me to send him my Prequel login details , I texted straight away and waited , waited , waited , another 3 months , then I got call from Prequel asking for an urgent update. I called this company, he said to unprofessionally, i don’t have a proper system and his our , then worst thing was , just hang up the phone on me . I want know , how much was it difficult to tell me nice , their busy or they don’t want to assist?? It’s not very professional to waste people time and after 4 months , say , his our !! Well, if your not in position to help -, surely someone else’s can , but never ignore people, then hang up the phones !!!!!!!!!!!
