Great service. Car was clean and rode well.Price was affordable. Drop off and pick up services was awesome as the depot is quite a distance to the airport terminal.We were lucky as our departure and arrival flights were within Omega's working hours. It would have been great if we were informed about the scratch and rust marks. Lucky for us we noticed it as soon as we got out the car at our first stop. The rust meant it was old, however there were also scratch marks. If we had not noticed it then we would have thought this happened whilst in our possession. Lesson learnt ,check the car before driving off. Thank you Omega

We were were collected from Queenstown airport by friendly team member, taken to their offices and depot, contract explained in simple terms, shown car which was clean and well presented. We returned car, quick look over and then returned back to airport. Great service.

Omega Rental Cars is my wife usually used when we travel in New Zealand. She normally makes a booking online which is vey easy and they response very quick. She informed Omega to cancel the booking due to Auckland Covid lock down on the second last day of our trip started. One of the staff sent an email to confirm after checking the flight's status. Also, they charged nothing for that booking. Their staff is very helpful and we highly appreciate. On the other hand, their cars are quite new. Thank you, Omega!

The car we rented met our needs. Although the car having 61,0000 kms on the clock, it was very nice to drive and well maintained. The person at Queenstown airport depot was very efficient and professional. In the past when I had complained about their service, Omega was very nice to offer 15% discount on the next hire. I will definitely continue to rent from Omega in the foreseeable future. Thank you very much Omega for being “Honest and upfront”

Car was great. Clean, well presented and ran well. Only issue was that we were unaware until we arrived at Queenstown that the Omega Depot was quite some distance from the airport. A shuttle is provided during working hours but as our outgoing flight was at 7am we needed to drop the car off at the depot at 6am and take a 26 taxi ride back to the airport. Perhaps a drop off point at or near the airport could be arranged for after hours drop offs.
