The only reason I give 2 stars in stead of 1 is because eventually after 3 months , 3 visits, 2 phone calls the young lady who works there, knew what she is doing, and got the data released from my broken phone! I suggest you only use her for repairs otherwise you will be wasting more time than I did! This service (or lack of, for the main part) was at 5 Mile Queenstown.

Very poor customer service, been told wasn't possible to have a glass screen protector without having any air bubble and they didn't have time to do it properly. While i was waiting for my phone, another customer came to that place, gave them her name to collect her phone and the guy working there told her "FINALLY" with a tone of voice staying for "about time you came to collect your phone", on my opininion, it was inappropriate

I took my water damaged phone to Phone Zone and had a terrible customer service experience, They didn’t even bother to check it properly and I was told my phone was dead. I decided to get a second opinion at Phonelab Queenstown and my phone was perfectly working in less than 30 minutes. Don’t recommend Phone Zone at all

Highly recommended!! Not only are these guy's really friendly and very helpful, they also do a great professional job of fixing your phone problems. They were super efficient fixing my phones today.
