Went in to enquire about kitchens and getting some new panels for our kitchen. Was met with such hostility and rudeness it was almost funny at how unhelpful the lady was. Left that section and went to enquire about the wardrobe section and came across equally rude staff member who was too busy on social media than to bother helping. Come PlaceMakers, you do a good job of promoting your products but this experience completely lets you down.

Service and customer support is average. Their range was limited to non existant for silicones, Tapes and Paint accessories. Mitre 10 Mega now over the road...kills them in all areas. We even moved out kitchen design from Placemakers to Mega Mitre10..due their service shoddiness.
