This was an emergency repair and Karen looked after me with all the quotes and e-mails so no hidden surprises, she sorted me out with a Courtesy car in 30 minutes. The repairs went quickly and delivered my car washed and cleaned 48 hours earlier than announced. Staff on the service desk were very helpful, I would definitely recommend Queenstown Motors.

I have requested for a service but unfortunately, they were really busy only available appointment was after 20 days so have emailed them to book me for that day and ask for approx cost, I did it twice but no reply...please remember to give importance to the customer if you want to run the business successfully for long run , the person whom I dealt with was Candice....
