I have had only good and fair experiences with Lindsay.
I broke down in Arrowtown on Monday night and Anna from Queenstown towing was very helpful. I paid for the car to be towed and stored but her driver managed to get my car started. She then phoned to ensure I had arrived at my hotel, and again in the morning. She also refunded me a large percentage of my money as I didn't use the full service.. That's service and I really appreciated all the effort she went to.

I had a breakdown on sunday and the guy coming to assist on sunday morning was really helpfull, but on monday i had to pick up a piece and when i call, the guy in the phone hang me up, tired of trying (after 6 calls that i say hi and he hangs) i decide to show my self there, and he finally decides to tell me in a rude way that he would find the piece in a few hours, the piece was just a plastic clip
