The tools that Sonia has given me are techniques I use on a daily basis. Since going to her I have learned that mental health is a lot like a healthy body. You can't just eat healthy and exercise when you're sick. It's something you have to practice on a daily basis so that when problems arise you can better manage them. She's great at figuring out the best way you absorb information. For me I'm very creative and visual. So I work well when I can visually problems into physical things or characters. She caters to my learning method. Not to mention, Sonia is so sweet and kind. You clearly know straight away she's struggled with her own set of demons and issues, so there is a sense of reliability that really helps the bond. Highly recommended.
