I am yet to have my appointment but the receptionists I have spoken to here are so kind and helpful. It may sound silly but for anyone not keen on going to the doctors having a friendly, kind voice really makes you feel better.

The best medical centre in Queenstown! The staff are polite, always ready to help if you have any questions. Reasonable prices) I'm so thankful for Dr Val Miller, also nursers who helped. I had minor surgery in medical centre, it was quick, and helpful. Now i am feeling much better!

Have always had a positive experience until today. Went in politely asking for a follow up on something that I was told would be completed approx two weeks ago (I felt waiting two weeks was more then generous for something that was meant to be completed that afternoon) the receptionist went straight to the defence, throwing her hands in the air asking what I wanted her to do about it. She then said I had to write a note for her to give to the nurse and then left reception. Tall lady with short blonde hair, rude and extremely unprofessional to deal with, very disappointed. A polite “I’m sorry, let me take your details and we’ll be in touch” would have serviced not the fiasco that ensued.
I've been in QT a year and this is now my GP. Reasonable pricing, friendly staff, sometimes a bit of a wait but often seen within 10 minutes of appointment time. Reception staff quick to answer the phone. Just out of town so less busy and less expensive than the Drs in town. Thanks!
Good location without having to go into Queenstown. It's a busy office, so getting a same day appointment can be hard. Lovely staff.
