We got married here and I highly recommend to anyone wanting an all in one location. Sandy and the team made sure anything we were after was organized and we booked the place out so guests could stay. Everything was magical and I couldn't have wished for more. Everyone who stayed all had brunch the next morning and it was really nice having that time to properly catch up with guests I would have missed if were held it elsewhere. Cannot say enough about this amazing venue!

Phenomenal place to stay for a ski trip. Outdoor spas for relaxing after a long day on the slopes, plenty of facilities and the owners are great people! Highly recommend.
My family booked the 10 rooms in the lodge for a family celebration and Sandy was very accommodating and a fantastic host. Clean, comfortable and highly recommended! We'll be back for sure!
Thank you Evelyn and Malcolm. The private room was nice and clean, smells good too. The kitchen lounge facilities we had to ourselves that night. Thanks for searching so hard for my husband's medication. We left you for Turangi and stopped on the Dessert Road, change over driving. The next morning a local man phoned and said he found the meds bag on the side of the road. So we met up with him and gave him 20 for going to the trouble of getting it back to us a happy ending. Nice people in our country we call home.
This place is our favourite place to stay, regardless of the season. We've been coming here for years and have watched the gradual transformation of it from the old nurses home to a mint hospitality provider. Friendly, accommodating, great facilities (spa, massive telly, huge indoor and outdoor fireplaces) and you'll feel like you never want to leave. Perfect for the solo traveller and for big families. We held my son's 21st here - booked out the whole place - and it was an exceptional weekend.

Fantastic gem. Clean, comfortable and friendly.
Had awesome couple of days at snowy waters. Staff was so friendly, place was cosy and clean. Also we enjoyed the pizza night and the merger mystery show that was amazing. Overall our stay was super fun. One minor issue was beds, those bunk beds were so noisy and pillows were so thin.
