I just had blood taken at Cscl Rangiora and my experience was excellent! They were fast and efficient so I didn't wait long. Lou was amazing and was gentle with the needle. No messing around but had a great bedside manner even for a needle phobe like me. Highly recommend these ladies.

Staff was more interested in looking at their watches and making a show of bringing the sign in then to actually greet or even just acknowledge me. Worth mentioning that after my bloods were taken, there was still 10 minutes left on the clock for them. Person who took my sample was rude and unhelpful.

Lovely blonde receptionist on the X-ray side, very helpful and kind. As for the blood test awful experience every time I come here I am reminded why I stopped going to them for blood tests useless system, don’t actually stay open until closing time. Useless

Never stay open until closing. Its says open until such and such time so you exspect you can go in until that time. Instead if they are busy they turn you away, I was there an hour before closing and got turned away. What's the point of having a closing time if its ititt stuck too. Hard trying to find time to get a test done when you work full time and are closed in the weekends,also one staff member was incredibly rude when I didnt know how to use the new system and polite to the next person who happened to be old, because im young I was expected to know what I was doing and when i didnt she was rude and short with me.

I dropped a sample off and a nurse at reception was so rude she said you dont want tog ive another sample do you moaning because she had to put time on it .which I didnt know i had to do that
