Clearly this place is so busy as they do not feel the need to return any of the calls and messages my husband has left on getting some work done. Its hard to support local with this kind of service. Its not the first time we have had a bad run with this place.

Great when I had the whole house re-carpeted but no-one bothered to follow up on my request to have a small job done. I had to follow up myself and after 3 months will move on to getting someone else to do the job. A courtesy call would go a long way - even to book it in.
Poor customer service skills, I'm assuming this company is so successful they just don't need new customers?
