Total waste of time, I booked a large flat deck trailer from Rangiora, they told me they had one in Riccarton and I could pick it up if I wanted to. I agreed and went for the one hour drive to Riccarton only to find they did not have what I wanted. Never again will I use Hirepool not only are they expensive but they are also useless.
