Stopped in here after a big dive up from Dunedin. Made an order, and one of the items I ordered was a Snack Burger with extra mayo. Now, I'm not sure what it is with KFC workers sometimes, but when I say extra, I don't mean that you should drown the burger in it, I mean more than the standard. There's something about the staff of lower-socioeconomic status, they appear incapable of making sensible decisions, such as presenting a food item which is edible and presentable. I couldn't eat this burger for the fact that the mayo probably was the leading ingredient in the burger itself. Also, there were no paper towels and no straws in the bad, so a pretty poor performance overall. Won't be back. Photo is of snack burger that WASN'T extra mayo, so you can only imagine what the one that had the extra mayo looked like. Should have been called a mayo burger. Hope the dog enjoyed it.

Staff are friendly, shop is usually clean. Chips are always crisp and have a good amount of seasoning on them. Fried chicken is always cooked to perfection. The drive through is the only weak link here because it takes so long to get anything
Had a meal that tasted nice but since it wasn't hot in the slightest, it was a huge let down. Mildly warm seems common enough that it ruins it entirely. Admittedly I will still come back for wicked wings, cause I can bring them home and heat them up correctly.
Staff are amazing and store manager should be commended for the cleanliness. The cooks do a great job food is always extra yummy from here and managers are more than happy to assist if a mistake happens..which in fast food sometimes it can't be avoided \u200d️ Highly recommended Keep up the great works guys
Zero stars for you ,came in tonight guy in drive thru reckons it's all there but to my surprise forgot a whole popcorn chicken lunch and gave us the wrong burger! Spent 88 and I'm fed up with the consistent bad service and with out fail they will get your order wrong! Definitely worse then mcds. Waste of money and time

Always pretty good. But thechips are soft and poorly cooked. No nice dry rustle and a crisp touch in the mouth. And no thickshakes.
Food was nice but the dinning area was very dirty. tables weren't wiped down or cleared and floor had rubbish everywhere. Just need to keep the hygiene up and clear the rubbish.
