We had 2 heat pumps installed earlier this year. We had a basic idea of the size we wanted, and wanted it done quickly since the cold was affecting my husband's breathing. Michael arrived early with a crew and quickly sorted out the best arrangement for the heat pumps and best options for the sizes. He got his crew organized and got started on the work. They were efficient and Michael sorted out where to place the external and internal units. They had the foundation concrete laid out, then ran the piping down through a closet so the lines are not visible. The electrician in the group worked in our ceiling area - we have a low pitch on our roof, but he managed that very well. By the afternoon, we had two heat pumps and Michael set them to suit us so we had the heat where we wanted. It was all very efficient and low stress for us. We have been very happy with the work, and with the heat pumps Michael recommended and installed. Our house, which was using bar heaters and oil heaters, is much more comfortable and cheaper to heat.
