My girlfriend and I stayed here for almost 2 weeks while we sorted out permanent accommodation. We couldn’t have been more impressed with this motel. Great clean rooms and lovely mangers / staff. Even gave us some Easter goodies!!

Terrible place wouldn't reccomend at all. Had a booking arrived later than expected as flight was delayed. Owner was rude and wouldn't let me in.
For our travelling sports team, there is nowhere we have ever found more suitable or enjoyable to stay than the Riverstone Motel in Rangiora. The cooperation to house our diverse needs and the warmness of the welcome from Charlotte and Mike are exceptional, which, along with the adjacent supermarket and bar/restaurant, makes it an easy decision on where to book when visiting the North Canterbury area.
Clean and tidy premises and rooms, amazing service. Food and a supermarket right next door. Enjoyed the in room spa bath.. Thanks for the stay team.
Outstanding motel and service. I don’t usually do reviews, however I was so very impressed. Warm welcome, super comfy bed and pillows, so so clean, fresh and lovely. Everything had been thought of, including chocolates and a vast variety of teas, quality coffees and even Milo. I slept like a baby. Thank you, I could tell you really cared about your offering.
Lovely clean and quiet rooms. Local Tavern next door served great food and the supermarket on the other side of that if you want to cook your own. The owners and staff were helpful and friendly. I will stay again when I'm in the area. Also the beds were very comfortable and the little things like shampoo, toilet paper etc were all of the best quality.
Great place to stay, clean and comportable. Friendly and right next door a bar and resturant. Pack an save next to the bar. Awesome
Hah! Don't usually have a need to overnight in Rangiora but now would use Riverstone as an excuse to. Spacious, tastefully decorated apartment with a super comfy bed, great power shower and a well thought out kitchen area with everything I needed. Very thoughtful selection of quality tea, coffee and chocolate. As welcoming and efficient hosts Mike and Charlotte seem to be in their element and it shows . Good parking and just the ability to chill out in a friendly atmosphere was so appreciated . Thank you.
