Was fortunate enough to stop by this wonderful place towards the end of a long south island tour without much good beer. Excellent selection and good outdoor area. The best beer I tried just so happened to be their very own. I wish that I could have stayed longer.

Grab a beer from the extensive range on offer and a burger from Alt Kitchen, awesome! Hazy crazy pale ale no.6, brilliant. Dine in or take away. Great friendly service. Plenty of parking out the back.
Have enjoyed the Good drop since it opened but with the addition of the outdoor seating ears it's now the perfect place to just chill out and enjoy a great choice of micro brewery fare. Then fill your tummy with a burger to two from the in house burger van....
Fantastic selection of craft beers with around 20 on tap, including some local options. Laidback covered courtyard area to sip and make new friends with fellow craft beer enthusiasts. The courtyard has a kitchen serving burgers and fries, which we didn’t have a chance to try, but they looked good.
Excellent service from both The Good Drop and Alt Kitchen. Absolutely amazingly delicious salad. Can't wait to go back
Such a great place to hang out in Rangiora with mates after work. Fantastic selection of 21 Craft Beers from all over NZ to choose from. Dave, the owner, has lots of knowledge and passion for beer tgat is contagious. Tried his own brew Yellowbox - Hazy Days - today. It was fantastic! Fruity, light with flavour for days. And right next to them there's ALT Kitchen serving delicious fresh burgers. Open until 8:30 at night. We will be back.
This has become our favorite place for a good beer and an awesome burger.
