Nigel has set a very high benchmark for customer service. Following ankle surgery I've been struggling to find shoes that work, and when I visited the Sport Shop he spent ages talking to me before ordering several pairs of shoes. He's let me take them home to try so I can pick the best shoes for my needs. Don't go anywhere else.
