Out of all of the craft stores in Rangiora I have to say that the ladies who run this store are the friendliest and most professional. The wool products are beautiful and there is always something new there. The one time I had an issue with a product supplied, I received immediate help from one of the owners of the store and the problem was rectified straightaway with a generous extra added to my purchase. You can't get better service than that. All too often craft stores are run by women who make you feel like an interloper into their domain instead of a valued customer. My daughter who is learning to knit has been here on a number of occasions and told me she never feels like she is less than anyone else simply because she is young. Every retail establishment in this town could learn something from these ladies. Great store
