From the first interaction - person to person and not website to person, the service were excellent. We found Mike to be professional, understanding, open, warm and in possession of excellent communication skills. It was great to stay in a home surrounded by beautiful nature and to be able to do some gardening.

Don’t bother renting through these guys, especially Tina Catanach. She uses pressure and bully tactics to get you to sign contracts that you aren’t certain on. Luckily though, they won’t give you enough time to sign because after two days they cancel it on you without warning and refusing to talk to you.

In my experience as a tenant, however briefly, they were pretty good in regards to fixing some critical issues with the property and didn't give any grief at the end (trying to take the bond for silly reasons as some property managers might). Only complaint is that though they didn't dispute it, the bond took months to get refunded.
