I had my watch battery replaced and it worked fine on the day. The next morning I noticed that I barely see what time is it as there were lot of condensation underneath the glass cover. It Looked like the watch is not sealed properly. I have gone back to ask for help and have it sorted as I have been told that I get one year warranty. The younger staff member told me they cannot do anything about it and go to a watchmaker to have it fixed. I had the feeling that he just didn't want to deal with it. I am very disappointed as it was a waste of money and will have to pay for it one more time to have it fixed. I think it should be covered as it didn't happen before only after the battery replacement. I wouldn't recommend to anyone as they not taking the ownership for their mistakes.

I went in this morning to get a flask engraved as an 18 birthday present for my friend and I wrote the wrong date, not only did the staff proactively try and help me reach a solution, they managed to change the date it looked perfect and the didn't add any extra charge! They were friendly and helpful, and solved an error I made, and saved the birthday present! Absolutely would recommend, so happy with my experience!
