The expert staff at OPSM Riccarton adjusted my glasses perfectly and quickly. The friendly shop assistants have got very good skills to look after any glasses. I think their service is great and this shop is the one I would visit next time I want new glasses. Thank you!!

Very disappointed with the service. According to the front desk person they will reassign you to another optometrist at their leisure and they will never tell you or apologise. I was told "all optometrists are the same" despite it being a follow up appointment. They don't even tell you when you arrive! Had to make another appointment to see the optometrist I have been dealing with. There have been six bad reviews in the past month complaining about the service. I wonder if management had changed? I used to really like this store.

Very poor quality service, they do not guarantee the workmanship fitting of the lenses to the frame. If after a few days the lenses fall out because they were not secured properly ,no guarantee. not good enough OPSM

My first appointment was Wednesday at 9:30. I went to the store before my appointment and I was informed that the Doctor called is sick. I asked them why I did not receive a call and I was informed that they gave me a call but they can't reach me out. They are receiving phone calls at the store and it seems that they can't hear or the caller can't hear them. They find out that they are having issues with their phone lines and they will contact their phone provider. I got upset as I skip my work to make it on the appointment and I was informed by Jamie (Sales Consultant) that my number is wrong and I felt worse. I asked him to call the number and I answered his call. I allow them to reschedule my appointment and ask them on how I make a formal complaint. I've waited today (Friday), I had my eye check and the customer service that I received from Jamie is outstanding. Before today, I will not recommend them but because I believe in second chances and that allows me to change my negative feedback to a positive one. If you're reading this review. I highly recommend you to talk to Jamie- Sales Consultant from OPSM Riccarton branch. He's very patient, nice and always happy to help! He made me a happy customer today! -Nyl

The new female staff is very Unhelpful. They dont care when you come to the shop. The gentlemen who used to work there earlier were very helpful when buying glasses. The new girls who work there dont care about customers and very careless. Also very careless when doing a job for a customer. They deliberately ignore you when you go there to buy something. Do Not Recommend.l at all.Very poor customer service and Careless!

Optometrists are in such a hurry they don't care about your eyes. They have back to back appointments and in such a hurry. Would not recommend opsm and this branch.

Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance. They then wanted to change and have me sitting there for a further 20 minutes. Do not use this shop. Terrible customer non service. The person in charge would not discuss. Shame on You OPSM.
