Knowledgeable sales people. Love the Singapore Breakfast, we might buy some more as a Xmas gift. It is the only tea in the store that has coconut in it. They need more teas with coconut!

Can get tasters, bought tea for parents, partner and her parents. They all love it. Slight disappointment when the salesperson only showed the 20 and 15 tea infusing ball(?)s but there was also a 10 one which I found later after everything was paid for...

We went there on Saturday and the shop was not busy. After carefully reviewing their products, we picked Reality Russian Caravan. The smell is interesting, with some smokey amoral sense. But its taste is too plain. Not rich nor lingering. The price is overall expensive given such quality.

I have purchased one of Super chill 2 packets of any tea combo, but two days later I wanted to exchange a packet of tea that came with it. The girl who served me (Operator No. 277989) explained the new tea I wanted was more costly(asked me to pay 11.50 more). I explained the package came with any tea in the shop, which she eventually accepted and allowed the exchange. I also purchased some other items and this is where my complaint comes. Her words where: " Are you buying these too". "yes" I replied. " Are you sure? These cannot by exchanged. DO YOU UNDERSTAND? she said firmly. This was out of line, she treated me like a child. Did she think I cannot understand her English because I am Asian? Initial exchange was obviously an inconvenience to her busy day. I was the only customer in the shop. Ruined my day.
