Took a silver charm bracelet here to get some charms put on it. When it came back (3 weeks and 1 phone call later) 3 out of the 5 charms had been put on backwards and one of the charms, a small spider on a web, showed sings that it had been over heated and melted as there was clear signs where they had tried to fix it and botched up the repair job. No apology, no excuse, not even sorry. In fact, they tried to blame me for the poor repair job stating they had to rush it through as I was hassling them, they then demanded payment before they handed it over. Sick, really, sick.
