Great first time storage experience, originally signed up under storage king, contract honored with national Storage. Still got a free pre-agreed move in truck for the day with no issues. Customer service was awesome.

WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!! Up until recently this was Storage King and the people were lovely and helpful. Had to go to their Hornby location to pick up the move out truck as the Rolleston National Storage is now not staffed on a Saturday. When I got there he asked me for a credit card but I didn't have one. He wasn't going to provide me the truck even when telling him I had a debit card and that I had come all the way from Timaru. After a heated discussion we agreed I would pay 1100, refundable upon return of the truck. I returned it with a full tank of petrol, the nozzle at the gas station had clicked and I still put in a tad more but that apparently wasn't enough. I only got refund 1080 and it took 10 days for the money to come through!! NEVER AGAIN!!
Had very bad experience, gate access was not timely activated , customer care is also not good,nobody was there to answer the phone .
