Went on a Wednesday afternoon 335pm with a NZ post collect card to receive a parcel. I greeted the lady politely and received no response. Tried smiling thinking it might invoke a reaction. She was colder than the ice cream freezer next to her. Went inside with my card, came out and said it isn’t in there. And walked away. Am having the parcel redirected until she gets hit by the customer service bug. If one doesn’t like one’s employment then one needs to move on to other things perhaps. Terrible form. Awarded one star only because they have a nice ice cream selection that I didn’t buy.

The old lady is the rudest customer facing person I've ever come across. Did not hear my order properly then snapped at me because she's deaf. You've just lost a customer. the owner needs to think long and hard about this atrocious employee, seeing other reviews here Im not the only one to be treated in this way. There are other options in Rolleston.

There seems to be a new owner for a few weeks now and he’s super friendly. Goes way beyond normal customer service to get in contact with me for a parcel that’s been sitting there for some time and apparently I didn’t get a notification for pick up.
