Absolutely bad business ethics. We wonder how many other people have been dealt with in such a bad way. After over 10 years of loyalty with 2 degrees they trap you and make you feel you are at fault with corporate passively aggressive threatening tactics for your name to have the stigma of a bad credit rating with them if you don't pay an extra month after you ended the contract with them, they charge you for the whole month of NOT USING their services. We are so disappointed with 2 degrees- especially in "these times" (COVID 19 complex era times, that their customer service behavior and accountability is devoid of good public relations as much as and good business relations. Shame on them !!!

It was a quite bad experience and 2 degree staff doesn’t known anything about customer servicing. When i visit they never even say hi to me and showing an attitude like a boss. There was a lady who doing some work and when i visit your store and try to start conversation, I received threading look. That is what i never expect from you guys, you are professional worker but you have to be such manners that how you have to be treat your customers.

Terrible experience at this store. Lucy was not friendly and was unwilling to explain the different products. Customer service reps are tasked to assist customers. If all customers know everything in the store, there is no need for any customer service reps! Please think about why the company needs to hire you at the first place!

Had amazing service today and saw alot of great service with other customers, I think the reviews are quite false or Becouse there are new staff, would definitely return :)
