Ordered a celebration Key 7 day's before the Birthday! Order placed Wednesday & received in Auckland, Monday morning! Thank you! Key is much more beautiful in person, the white paua in the guitar looks gorgeous, as does the red paua shell chosen for the 21! Very sturdy & good quality. I'm so pleased with the outcome :) I appreciate the confirmation email for me to approve the details & have a sneak peak at what the key may look like prior to starting. Phoned ahead of ordering to check if key would arrive before deadline & customer service was fantastic! Overall, expectations exceeded! Thank you for the fast, friendly & efficient service. & the perfect 21st key! Will be ordering again :)
