The two ladies at the Rotorua branch were AMAZING, thank you. Unfortunately we paid for overnight delivery which took 5 days from pick up. Yes it was over the weekend but we had to pick it up from the debot or it would have been at least 6 days.

Sanjit goes out of his way to make sure our flower boxes arrive on early delivery. With other couriers we have to collect from the depot ourselves as can't risk them driving around with our flowers all day and arriving dead. The ladies in the office at Aramex are always super friendly and answer the phone! Really appreciate the effort Sanjit makes for us.

Arranging a pick up is super easy, automated phone number, press 1 for a pick up and type in our PIN. Sanjit Singh (097) our regular driver is always happy, he knows our business and nothing is too much trouble. Paulette in the office is awesome! Arranging freight forwards with her is easy and we know she will arrange everything swiftly to get the job done :) Overall great service. No complaints

Aramex has lost yet another parcel again from Auckland to Taumarunui due to lack of scanning, and following directions. The guys in the office are trying to sort it out as they have been caught on the end of the stick but as for the the guys on the sorting floor they need a stiff kick in the arse. I have had problems with Fastways (and even then they were losing parcels) but now they are called Aramex they are still losing parcels. If my parcel has been uplifted to someone own personal use (re stolen it) they should be sacked for theft. If the company cant find my parcel it should be them that goes out and buys me one to replace the one they lost . To rate these guys on this service this star system doesnt have a minus star in it, so Im rating this service as a minus 5 star and I would not recommend Aramex courier service to anyone. Try the other courier services at lest they dont lose parcels
