Initially when I first called they were very friendly and happy to take my money but when I rung to see if I could get an ETA on delivery they said "we don't have you down here" then all of a sudden they couldn't remember me calling, and that there was no job " Did you get it through winz" was one of the questions. I was even doubting myself with how they were talking. But low and behold they found it. The bins haven't arrived yet so I will finish my review once they leave my property.

Paid for a week only to have bin picked up just after 7am on the last day!! Not happy at all as still had heaps to put in it!! Was to be first bin of many but won't be using this outfit again!!
Bin boys are great to deal with, there is always a friendly voice at the end of the phone that is willing to help you out with your waste management needs and point you in the direction of what would suit your needs.
Very happy with Bin Boys service - reliable and obviously they didn't mind picking up the bin from behind the fence when I forgot to put it out! A little extra service!
pleasure to deal with. have used them for several years now, and only stopped as we moved to a smaller house to which has less waste to manage.

Excellent service. Fast to reply to email. Bin was delivered and collected exactly when they said it would be. Friendly driver with great reversing skills. Highly recommend.
Review from a friend of mine (she doesn't have the best internet knowledge) Recently I ordered a bin from Bin Boys. What an utter fiasco!!! I organised the bin to be dropped off to my fathers home at half past 9. My father is elderly and I told them I would need to be there when it was dropped off. I was told it was 130. After the time was confirmed I believed everything would be fine. Wrong! I waited until 11am and still nothing, so I contacted them only to be rudely told that I would have to wait until 12pm. 2pm rolls around and still nothing. When I called again I was met with the most horrible person on the phone, telling me that I should have organised it before hand (I had organised it a week before) and that urgent bins had to go out (no one contacted me to let me know) and finally I was told the bin would arrive in ten minutes. When the bin came my father handed the cash over - only to then be told the "new" price of the bin was 160 and there would be no receipt as the book was full. I was told twice that there was no book available (so I couldn't prove I paid 160) only to be contacted a week later demanding payment. I have received no bill at all! Until I receive a bill and can have a receipt I am not paying. Prices do not "magically" go up. I am not paying you cash so you can simply put it in your pocket. The customer service from this company has been nothing but horrible! It saddens me that there are people out there that will abuse the system - they knew my father was elderly and I wouldn't be surprised if they were trying to get away with it!
