BSK Consultant Engineers were wonderful to work with providing geotech testing and reporting on our residential building site, as well as creating structural designs for retaining walls, beams and bracing. This was our first ever home build project and we felt fortunate to have found Phil McDonald and his adept team, who were professional and responsive to liaise with. BSK created a very practical and well detailed design that the builders found easy to work from. When we wanted to make changes to plans, it was no problem at all, with a fast turn-around. BSK delivered on time and within our budget providing exceptional service.

i contacted BSK. A staffer met me onsite and said he would provide me with further information, which duly arrived.. However, after that, even though he had indicated that he would speak with his colleagues to be able to provide more information required, he never contacted me again. My email and a telephone call did not receive responses. I was left to wait believing that he was contacting his colleagues for further info, in respect of the work we required and he would get back to me. He didnt. . This man did not have the decency to let me know they will not proceed, just left me in limbo. I feel like it is a most unprofessional and unethical way to behave. Another interesting fact, the review system on their website showed 3 reviews were received, (prior to mine, being the 4th one). Only 1 remained of the 3, the good one. The other two reviews have disappeared, those must have been very poor reviews as they brought the score down to "3". . The negative ones have been removed. I could be wrong, and I would be happy to be corrected, but I am interested to know how, why and by who these negative reviews were removed. I feel that tempering with reviews might even be illegal. . I could be wrong i, but I believe that to be illegal. .
