Some staff need to be customer focused, Also being Australian owned why can't we get things like tin tiles for ceilings? When you watch Better Homes & Gardens it's frustrating we don't have their products.. This is constructive criticism not a whinge. I work in a local supermarket where I know customers can be challenging. But more so please bring in tin tiles for ceilings!

Staff are always helpful and friendly which is amazing considering they have to work in poorly ventilated conditions. Freezing in winter and too hot in summer. Would give 5 stars if they looked after their staff.

Got a great price on garden rake and bought "sausage in a roll" at the cafe. Should have eaten the rake - would have been softer and tasted better!
