I was offered a ride home service too late. I just wish it was offered to me much sooner. Nikki the receptionist could have offered me the service over the phone or even while I spent a good amount of time parked in front of the office organising a warm pram for my baby so we could catch the bus back home and taking the car seat out of the car for pick up later that day. I appreciate the ride home ( using my own car that needed fixing ). And the friendly customer service I just wish that I offered the ride home service much earlier it would have saved me time and stress but most of all I would’ve been able to keep my baby warmer in the car , this is very important to me because my baby just got discharged from the hospital and is not 100% I did give feedback to the owner Chris which went well and he did apologise and assured me that they are there to help me and to feel free to ask for extra help when needed.
