We needed to get a number of windows replaced and the team from Chris Smith Glass were fantastic. Cam and Luke turned up with great attitudes and did a fantastic job. They were even happy to give us tips for puttying the remainder of our windows which was really appreciated. They cleaned up well and left us feeling very happy with a job well done. Super professional and friendly team. During the 2017/2018 summer the team from Chris Smith Glass replaced the original glass windows in our bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen with Retro Double Glazing. The original timber window frames were retained so the look of the house has not changed. We have lived with the double glazing through summer and autumn and now the frosty winter. We have been able to reduce the temperature on the heat pump during the colder days and nights and very rarely needed to use it at all for cooling through the summer. There is still some condensation on the bedroom windows but it is much less than before. The north facing windows in the lounge and dining room have not been double glazed and there is more condensation on these windows on cold mornings. The double glazing in the east facing kitchen is in aluminium framing and there is more condensation on the aluminium than on the glass on cold mornings. Since the double glazing was fitted we do not hear as much external noise in the bedrooms as we were used to hearing. We were very happy with the whole process and are happy to recommend this Retro Double Glazing to anyone.

Our vehicle had to have its front wind shield replaced due to a stone chip. The workmanship is the worst i have ever seen! Seals haven't been stuck down properly and are still sticking up, not only this but they have torn part of it is well. When we took it back for them to take photos for it to be redone the lady didn't apologise about the poor quality of work nor did she seem even a little interested! Will not be going back and would not recommend!
