We attended this gym temporarily over the xmas holidays 2018/2019. The atmosphere was refreshingly friendly and Steve and the team hooked us up with a great deal for 24/7 access. They have all the equipment you need to get a solid workout in and also have a crossfit gym out the back. This will now be our gym every time we stay in rotorua!

Old equipment, messy and just generally very tired. Would be better to go for a run than spend 20 minutes trying to match dumbbells and work out the mismatched equipment. Even if you're desperate for a workout on holiday wouldn't bother.

Staff are friendly enough but the whole place is really old and tired :/ (Don’t know how it got 5 star reviews?!)

The gym hasn’t been updated seems like since the 1970s. The machines were old, broken or so limited it was hard to get a descent workout. The gym was messy and weights were all mixed up where I couldn’t find matching dumbbells. Calling it a gym is a loose use of the term. Calling it maybe a CrossFit gym would better describe the gym layout .
