Beautifully appointed lovely little place. Especially great if you’ve got a couple of kids as it includes bunk beds, a couple of boxes of toys, a bath and a trampoline. The lockbox makes it easy to get in. There’s parking right outside the door and the house is double glazed and warm, with lots of warm bedding and a couple of oil heaters if necessary.

A brilliant, quiet, cozy stay near rotorua. Hosts are great maintaining the appartment.
We stayed here for a few nights when taking part in a cycle event in Rotorua. The place was spotless and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The lake is just a short walk down the road and has a nice walking trail around it. It is about a 15 min drive outside of Rotorua. It is best to have your own car as the cost of a taxi to town is quite high. If you are into mountain biking there is no better place than Rotorua! I would definitely recommend staying here for a peaceful, relaxing break.
