Cruise was absolutely amazing, the team was so informative and lovely. We upgraded from the coffee cruise to buffet and the food was to die for. Take my hat off to the chef and the rest of the team for giving us an experience of a lifetime

We had our wedding reception on the Lakeland Queen, and we are so glad we did. Michelle was so accommodating, and she really went the extra mile to make sure the evening was exactly what we wanted. The food was amazing, and the sunset views from the boat were pretty good too! Thank you so much to all the staff for having us, it was an incredibly enjoyable and memorable evening for all on board.

Jumped on with my teenage daughter after a busy morning. A great relaxing way to spend an hour, floating accross the lake. Window seats have windows you can.open which was really nice as not much room outside at the front. It gives you a new way of seeing the beautiful lake Rotorua. The staff were all lovely and the commentary was really helpful. If you have an hour to spare, this is a nice inexpensive relaxing way to spend it. Even my teenager loved it.

Lovely cruise, good value for money, friendly staff. Loved hearing about the history of the little villages. Enjoyable for all ages.
We did enjoy this trip but it would have been a lot better if we could hear the commentary. It hissed and crackled so we missed pretty much every word. Time to update the system guys! On the bright side the staff were friendly and helpful. The lunch was nice and well presented.
The food was amazing, even though we had the coffe cruise, the muffin and coffe was wonderful. We then bought a platter for 2 and was very generous and lovely warm bread too. Great commentary.
