First appearance since covid and trialed a new show. Great effort. Will be great with more practice

Unforgettable immersion in the Maori culture. A visual arts display with beautifully choreographed danced ands songs, impressive haka. All accompanied with a commentary by the chief. The meal was delicious. Our guide, John, was extremely witty and greeted everyone in their own language (impressive!). He also knows the culture and history of the tribe in depth, answering all kind of questions. Not to be missed!

Performance was good, well rehearsed and also held the attention of my 8yr old, lots of food to choose from, found some of the meat particularly the chicken quite dry. Great staff.

The cultural experience was absolutely amazing! They tell the history of their people in a way that is very easy to understand but also entertaining. The food was so lamb good too!!! My only complaint is that the eating area is very poorly lit and very warm with no fans, AC, or ventilation for airflow. I don't even know if that's something they can fix, but I had to eat-and-run because of it.

One of the best experiences I have had so far. Our MC/Guide was fantastic! Full of knowledge and humour. The performance was thoroughly enjoyable with songs, stories and dance. The food was to die for and there was plenty to around- no one could say they were hungry by the time they left. My only fault was being able to hear the MC in the far corner table 21. The sound was hard to hear clearly at times. No reason to lose a star though.

We went to the Rotorua heritage farm. Being an animal lover i wanted to go see all the farm animals n i must say...I loved the tour. I saw Alpacas, Rams, Sheeps, Ostriches and many more. My guide was Katie and she did a wonderful job explaining about the animals. We had a live sheep shearing demonstration as well.

What a wonderful time we had at Mitai-Maori-Village. Very interesting to learn about Maori-Culture. We booked the evening tour with dinner. The performances were great, the staff extremely friendly. And the dinner, a Hangi-buffet, was so delicious. We took a short forest walk there (part of the tour) where we could see glow worms in the dark. I highly recommend a visit to Mitai-Maori-Village. It will be one of your highlights.
