A group of us came up to Rotorua to do some biking over Easter weekend and where we live we are pretty spoilt for amazing riding, we were so so so thrilled to find you guys! Brian was out guide and he was amazing, we turned up with no expectations of the tracks or the service and we can all say, it was one of our best days on the bikes yet! Brian was filled with knowledge of the tracks and helped us plan our trip, we will definitely be requesting him next trip!! 10/10!! Thanks again!!!!

Called in today with my own bike while we were out on the trails. The young guy there Sam was excellent in adjusting my disk brakes for me, even showing us how to do it ourselves for next time! Very friendly and efficient service. Will definitely be recommending them to everyone heading to Rotorua.

Great place for a ride, loads of rides to choose from, from beginners to intermediate, there’s a bike hire place too where you can hire standard bikes or electric bikes. Had a little gripe however, an paper map was 5, which was a rip off. Trails excellent, did the forest loop took us 2hrs and 28km, some testing hills and exciting descents

This time went on an e-bike. Was able to go further and for longer. Great day out. Good tracks even with an event on we were able to do any track we wanted. Recommend taking water. Thanks Red Stag, great sponsorship!!!

To be honest I was sad to see southstar go, but on arrival the experience was even better, to see people lining up properly and the trailer's getting loaded in order and mostly by the driver, was a huge relief to my shuttle rash allergy, good work guys !!!

We just booked a girls mtb trip to Rotorua and booked the private shuttle (7 people for 4 hours) with Mountain Bike Rotorua. Marcello was such an epic host, so friendly, knowledgable, welcoming and fun! He introduced us to some awesome new tracks and maximised our time on each side so we managed to fit in 8 runs. It was a cold day, the van was warm and it was luxury being picked up at the bottom of each run and dropped at the top. We loved it and are already planning our next trip back for a private shuttle.
