I struggle to start with this review - cos where would I stop ?? Both clinicians were very professional. The before and after explanations were comprehensive - the care was exceptional. An important essential point for me was the fact that the therapeutic touch was delivered with empathy and was genuine. I felt like I mattered and that my outcomes that I wanted were important to them too. Thank you so much - I can't wait to come back !! These prices were very reasonable and not a barrier to coming back.

I went again to On Point Aesthetics - its now become one of my 'happy spaces' !!!! I was so pleased with the results of the Botox and I just feel so much confidence having it. BIG BIG BIG thanks to Babak who was also assisted extremely competently from Marie Claire. Very thorough explanations were given before the start of the procedure. I’d heard through a friend about OPA, and I think one of the biggest things that drew me to them, was knowing I would have a fully qualified Doctor AND a nurse in the room doing the procedure. It really puts you at ease, and you know you can trust they are doing everything to the highest, safest standard. I had also heard at other places that they just inject the Botox around the hairline of the armpit, so I was surprised to hear that doing that technique often actually misses the full area you sweat from! Babak and Marie Claire use iodine and cornstarch to show where the sweat glands are producing sweat, and it was amazing how large the area was! It was so much more than just the hairline! I am going overseas next week, so wanted a top up to make sure the results were perfect, and they both drove up to Auckland just for me to have it done! They really want to provide the best service to their clients, and that is evident in their professionalism and the care they take in ensuring you’re 100% happy with the results. I would highly recommend this company, and I’m already thinking about what I can have done next. I’ll be back for sure!

Worst results ever, a total botch up from the Dr, don't ever do anything with them that involves filler ....I have had to go to another professional and highly competent nurse in Rotorua who knows what she is doing to correct a major and expensive stuff up.....extremely disappointed.
