The shop looks great with the renovation, the place had been expanded to provide more tables and chairs for a sit down meal and dine in. Well done to Michael and team for all your efforts to continuously provide your customers great atmosphere, great service and great food. The place is known for its sumptuous portion of fish and chips, that tastes fresh and not to oily. Its worth a visit if you are coming down to Rotorua.

Ordered snapper and chips and was not disappointed - beautifully fresh fish, crisp batter and perfect chips. The orders going to other tables looked equally delicious and very generous portions. Service was friendly and prompt. Dine-in area very pleasant and very clean. 100% recommend it!

potato fritters had a fishy taste to them. Maybe cooked in the same oil? I don't eat fish or seafood...so couldn't eat my fritters

I live locally to this establishment so we thought we would give it a try. As we entered the place is very clean and tidy. The customer service is great. The food was ok. I have very high standards when it comes to fish and chips. I will travel to a beach location just to buy a fresh piece of fish. All-in-all not a bad place to have a quick fix.

These snapper fillets were 7.00. I ordered two and got whole fat beautifully battered fresh tasting fish. The chips were good as well.
