I was engaged by Peter to attend his wedding show and subsequent events aimed at wedding industry supplier. To say these were amazing would be an understatement. The events were seamlessly run, communication was great and every effort was made to make both stall holders and guests have a great experience. The comments from Jack Mackenzie are an egregious breach of what should be a review of someones business, not personality. I would doubt that Jack is a spokesperson for the event manager in question and should not be commenting on their attendance nor payment.

Mr Dodgy personified. Creepy beyond words. Went to the Tauranga wedding show to look around, had this guy run up to my wife and ask to escort her around. Shirt two sizes too small and over active ego. Turns out he runs a scam wedding awards show (called the NZ wedding awards yet they are only based around Rotorua) where he charges vendors to enter, then they have to attend his event (paying an over priced ticket) to win. You'll notice on his website the sponsors are also the winners ironically, call it chance...? I doubt it. He also went as far as purchasing a trophy from a Rotorua company to award himself on the evening for a UK based award system that doesn't offer trophies. His wife is also a celebrant and not much better. His actual job is at a loan shark company in Tauranga and he moonlights as a know all wedding guru/wedding guy/celebrant on the weekends. He's expensive, arrogant and egotistical. Stay clear. Last year we again went to the Tga expo and he wasn't there thank fully... although he was supposed to be but did a no show, hadn't paid his stall fee to which the organiser was very displeased.
